By creating an account or using any Eldian Capital service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to all of these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorised use.

Each account is for a single individual. Sharing your account or course content with others is a breach of these terms.

3. Content ownership

All course content, articles, videos and materials on Eldian Capital are the intellectual property of Eldian Capital or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive right of access and may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit them.

4. Payment and refunds

Tuition is paid once and grants lifetime access to the corresponding course. Displayed prices include all applicable taxes.

Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase, provided the learner has not completed more than 20% of the course content.

5. Educational nature of the service

Eldian Capital is an educational platform. All content is for knowledge purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or any guarantee of returns.

6. Limitation of liability

Eldian Capital is not liable for any loss or damage arising from investment decisions you make based on course content. All investment decisions are your sole responsibility.

7. Changes to these terms

Eldian Capital may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
