Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to three transaction groups: (a) Report-reading membership — billed monthly or annually. (b) Individual courses — full course tuition paid once at enrolment. (c) Scheduled classes with a fixed timetable — tuition may be paid in two instalments (a seat-holding deposit + the balance before the start date).

All transactions are made through licensed Vietnamese payment gateways: VNPay (Vietnam Payment Solution JSC) or MoMo Wallet (Online Mobile Services JSC — M_Service).

2. Report-reading membership

Membership is a digital product — content access is activated immediately after the payment gateway confirms a successful transaction. For this reason, memberships are NOT refundable once activated, even if the learner has not used all the benefits.

Exceptions eligible for a 100% refund: (i) the learner was charged but the account was not activated due to a system error; (ii) duplicate transactions (charged twice for the same plan); (iii) the payment was not made by the account holder and is verified by Eldian Capital.

Learners may CANCEL auto-renewal at any time in Account → Membership. After cancelling, the plan stays active until the end of the paid cycle; there is no refund for the unused portion.

3. Individual courses

Learners may request a 100% tuition refund within 07 days of enrolment, provided they have completed less than 20% of the course content (measured by lessons opened).

After 07 days, or once more than 20% of the content has been completed — no refund. This is the standard policy for digital courses with lifetime access.

Refund requests are sent to contact@eldiancapital.vn with the order number. Eldian Capital responds within 03 working days; if approved, the money is refunded to the original payment method within 07–14 working days (depending on VNPay / MoMo / bank processing time).

4. Scheduled classes

Seat-holding deposit: Learners pay 30% of tuition to hold a seat. If cancelled at least 14 days before the start date — 100% of the deposit is refunded. Cancelling within 14 days of the start date — the full deposit is forfeited (fixed seat-holding cost).

After the class has started: 50% of tuition is refunded if cancelled within the first session. After the first session — no refund. Learners may transfer to the next class of the same subject (if seats remain) at no extra charge, once only.

Eldian Capital proactively refunds 100% of tuition if it must cancel a class due to insufficient enrolment (notified at least 07 days in advance) or force majeure. Learners may choose a refund or a transfer to another class.

5. Refund request process

Step 1: Email contact@eldiancapital.vn with the subject "Refund request — [order number]". Include: buyer name, account email, order number and refund reason.

Step 2: The Eldian Capital team responds within 03 working days and may request additional verification information.

Step 3: If approved, the money is refunded to the original payment method (card / bank account / MoMo wallet) within 07–14 working days. Actual timing depends on the payment gateway and the issuing bank.

All disputes are resolved in good faith. If no agreement is reached, either party may refer the matter to the competent Court in Hanoi under Vietnamese law.

6. Refund method

Refunds are always made through the original payment channel: if the customer paid via VNPay → refunded to the card/account via VNPay; if paid via MoMo Wallet → refunded to the MoMo Wallet.

Eldian Capital does not refund in cash and does not refund through a channel other than the original — this is a mandatory anti-money-laundering requirement of the payment gateways.

Any transaction fees (if any) arising from a refund are borne by Eldian Capital in cases of system error, and by the customer in cases of cancellation at personal request.

7. Policy changes

Eldian Capital may update this policy when necessary. Updates are published on this page and take effect from the posting date. Transactions made before an update follow the policy in force at the time of the transaction.
